Everyday, we’d carefully prepare deep fried chicken, crispy fried chicken, battered chicken or Korean spicy chicken. So it wasn’t long before we started developing our own chicken seasoning and our secret blending technique. Our search for the best-tasting chicken has paid off… and now, it’s available to you and your customers.

Commercial Cooking Method for Perfect Fried Chicken

Wash chicken wings and placed in large bowl
Pre-heat deep-fryer to 170-180°C

For every kg of chicken wing:

Add 60g of Musteat Fried Chicken Coating Seasoning and 60ml water, mix thoroughly and let rest for 1 hour
Prepare another dry bowl of Coating Seasoning
Transfer chicken into the seasoning bowl, coating well

Finally

Transfer coated chicken onto a dry tray (do not stack) and let rest 20 mins OR using a spray bottle, wet the entire top side of the chicken and let rest for 5-10 min
Cook in deep fryer for approx 10mins or until gold and crispy
